Scouting Studio — Google data notice
Scouting Studio is the private application workspace used by Andrews Model Management. It brings together model applications, casting questionnaires, correspondence and applicant-provided portfolio links so the agency can review the information in one place.
Google Drive connection
The agency owner can connect a Google account with read-only Drive access. This permission lets Studio read files that account can access. Studio uses applicant-provided or owner-selected file and folder links to identify portfolio images and videos and display them in the corresponding private application profile. It can export a Google document to identify images embedded in it.
Information processed and stored
Studio records source links, file identifiers, filenames, the related applicant, receipt dates and import status. Drive images, video segments and Google document exports are processed in server memory for display; this integration does not save the original Drive media or exported document to the Windows disk. Original email messages and attachments received through the separate email import are stored in the agency’s private Windows archive. Images extracted from email PDF attachments may also be stored in that archive.
Purpose and access
Google connection credentials are encrypted on the Windows computer. Google data is used for Studio’s portfolio and scouting functions. The Drive integration does not change file permissions, publish applicants’ images, modify source files or send messages. The workspace also uses the agency’s existing Supabase service for website applications, questionnaires and owner authentication.
Disconnecting Google
The owner can disconnect Google in Studio or revoke access in the Google account. Disconnecting prevents Studio from making further requests through that connection; previously recorded links and application information are not automatically erased. Source files remain in Google Drive.
