AMM — Privacy

Privacy Policy

At Andrews Model Management, we treat the information you send us with the same care we'd want for ourselves. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you apply, why we collect it, and the choices you have over your own data.

This is our starting privacy policy. As we grow and add new tools, we'll keep this page honest and up to date. If anything here is unclear, just ask us — our contact details are at the bottom.

What we collect and why

When you fill in our application form, you choose to share:

  • Your name — so we know who you are and how to address you.
  • Your age — because we represent applicants 16 and over, and we apply extra care for anyone under 18 (see the Minors section below).
  • Your city and country — so we know where you're based and which scouting region you fit.
  • Your email address — this is how we reply to you.
  • Your Instagram or TikTok (optional) — helpful, especially for our Creators division, to see your content and style.
  • Your height (optional) — useful for fashion and runway potential.
  • A short "about you" message — so we hear your own words, not just your numbers.
  • Your photos — so we can assess your potential as a new face (see the Photos section below).
  • Your phone number — to contact you about your application and for personal follow-up.
  • A portfolio link, if you provide one — so we can review work on a website, in a document or a shared folder. It can replace uploading photos in the application form.
  • Your preferred contact method and related contact details, if you provide them — for personal follow-up with our team. Application confirmation and the casting questionnaire still use email.

We only ask for what we genuinely need to consider your application. Nothing on the form is a trick, and we never charge you for applying — representation at Andrews is always free for models.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for two things, and nothing else:

1. To assess your application — to look at your details and photos and decide whether we'd like to work with you and develop you as a new face. 2. To contact you — to reply, ask follow-up questions, arrange a meeting, or let you know our decision.

That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't pass it around. If we ever wanted to use your details for anything beyond assessing your application and being in touch with you, we would ask you first.

Email delivery and activity information

We use an email delivery service to send casting and interview invitations and related reminders. Our application management system can receive delivery updates associated with those messages to help us follow up on our correspondence.

New casting invitations and casting reminders include a small image served by our application and a questionnaire link that passes through our application. Loading that image or following that link lets the application register an activity signal. This applies to those new messages, not to sign-in emails, administrative messages or unrelated links.

Our system keeps the related message reference, signal type and the time the application observed it, separately from delivery updates supplied by our email delivery provider. Our system does not store IP addresses, browser or device details, or full clicked URLs in its activity records. This describes our system’s activity records, not all technical data processed by email or hosting providers.

Email preloading and security checks can trigger these signals automatically. An opening or click does not prove that you read the email or replied; no signal does not prove that you did not. A casting questionnaire is marked answered only when your submitted answers are received.

Your photos

Your photos are used only to assess your potential as a model. We look at them the way an agency does — to understand your features, your range, and your fit for our Fashion or Creators divisions.

We will never sell your photos. We will never post them publicly — on our website, social media, or anywhere else — without asking you and getting your clear consent first. If we want to share your photos with a partner agency in order to represent you (for example, with an agency in Milan, Paris, London, or New York), we will tell you and get your consent before we do.

We will never ask you for nude or intimate photos. Any genuine scouting only needs simple, natural photos — a clear face shot and a full-length shot are enough. If anyone claiming to be from Andrews ever asks you for intimate images, that is not us, and you should not send anything.

Applicants under 18 (minors)

We welcome applicants aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, you must apply with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian — they should know you're applying and be comfortable with it.

We take extra care with the information of anyone under 18. We'd rather a parent or guardian be involved from the start, and we're always happy to talk to them directly. If you're a parent or guardian and you have any questions, or you want us to delete a young person's application, just email us and we'll take care of it.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell application information or photos. We use technology service providers for website hosting, application forms and database storage, email delivery and correspondence, account security, and access to portfolio files shared with us. These services support the agency’s assessment of applications and communication with applicants. Further information about access to connected portfolio accounts is available in our connected-account data notice.

Using these services to handle an application is separate from publishing a model’s photos or introducing a model to a partner agency or client. We ask for the applicant’s consent before those uses, as described in this policy.

Where your information goes and how long we keep it

Website applications and casting questionnaires are stored and processed through our application services. Our internal application management system brings together the information you submit through forms, email and shared portfolio sources in a private applicant profile. Correspondence and attachments are retained in the agency’s private email archive, and copies of outgoing messages may also be kept in our email account.

We keep applications only as long as we reasonably need them — to consider you, and to stay in touch if there might be a fit in the near future. If you ask us to delete your data, or if it's clear there's no fit and you're not in contact with us, we'll remove your application and photos from our records.

For portfolios shared through online file or document services, we keep source references and related information so we can view the material through an authorised connected account. Original files accessed this way are processed temporarily for viewing rather than retained as separate local copies. Email attachments and images extracted from attached portfolios are kept in our private email archive.

How to ask us to delete your data

Your data is yours. At any time you can ask us to:

  • show you what we hold about you,
  • correct something that's wrong, or
  • delete your application and photos entirely.

Just email us with your request — use the same name and email you applied with, so we can find your application — and we'll take care of it. There's no form to fill in and no cost. We'll act on deletion requests promptly.

Cookies and analytics

Our site is a simple, static website. We keep this minimal and honest: we use only what's essential for the site to load and work properly. We don't use cookies to track you across the web, and we don't run advertising trackers or sell any browsing data.

If we ever add basic, privacy-respecting analytics just to understand how many people visit, we'll update this section to say so plainly.

How to contact us about your data

If you have any questions about this policy, about what we hold, or you'd like us to correct or delete your information, please email us at Andrews Model Management. We're a small team and we read everything ourselves, so you'll be talking to a real person.

We'll keep this policy growing with us — honestly and in plain language. Thank you for trusting us with your application.
