Privacy Policy

At Andrews Models Management, we treat the information you send us with the same care we'd want for ourselves. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you apply, why we collect it, and the choices you have over your own data.

We're a new, deliberately small agency, so this is our starting privacy policy. As we grow and add new tools, we'll keep this page honest and up to date. If anything here is unclear, just ask us — our contact details are at the bottom.

What we collect and why

When you fill in our application form, you choose to share:

  • Your name — so we know who you are and how to address you.
  • Your age — because we represent applicants 16 and over, and we apply extra care for anyone under 18 (see the Minors section below).
  • Your city and country — so we know where you're based and which scouting region you fit.
  • Your email address — this is how we reply to you.
  • Your Instagram or TikTok (optional) — helpful, especially for our Creators division, to see your content and style.
  • Your height (optional) — useful for fashion and runway potential.
  • A short "about you" message — so we hear your own words, not just your numbers.
  • Your photos — so we can assess your potential as a new face (see the Photos section below).

We only ask for what we genuinely need to consider your application. Nothing on the form is a trick, and we never charge you for applying — representation at Andrews is always free for models.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for two things, and nothing else:

1. To assess your application — to look at your details and photos and decide whether we'd like to work with you and develop you as a new face. 2. To contact you — to reply, ask follow-up questions, arrange a meeting, or let you know our decision.

That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't pass it around. If we ever wanted to use your details for anything beyond assessing your application and being in touch with you, we would ask you first.

Your photos

Your photos are used only to assess your potential as a model. We look at them the way an agency does — to understand your features, your range, and your fit for our Fashion or Creators divisions.

We will never sell your photos. We will never post them publicly — on our website, social media, or anywhere else — without asking you and getting your clear consent first. If we want to share your photos with a partner agency in order to represent you (for example, with an agency in Milan, Paris, London, or New York), we will tell you and get your consent before we do.

We will never ask you for nude or intimate photos. Any genuine scouting only needs simple, natural photos — a clear face shot and a full-length shot are enough. If anyone claiming to be from Andrews ever asks you for intimate images, that is not us, and you should not send anything.

Applicants under 18 (minors)

We welcome applicants aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, you must apply with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian — they should know you're applying and be comfortable with it.

We take extra care with the information of anyone under 18. We'd rather a parent or guardian be involved from the start, and we're always happy to talk to them directly. If you're a parent or guardian and you have any questions, or you want us to delete a young person's application, just email us and we'll take care of it.

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell your data. Full stop.

We do not share it with third parties, with one honest exception: if representing you means introducing you to a partner agency or a client (for example, to place you for a booking), we will share only what's needed for that, and only with your consent. You stay in control. We will never share your information quietly behind your back.

Where your information goes and how long we keep it

Right now, our site is simple. When you submit the form, your application is sent to us by email — we don't yet store it in any third-party database. It lands in the agency's inbox, where we read and consider it.

We keep applications only as long as we reasonably need them — to consider you, and to stay in touch if there might be a fit in the near future. If you ask us to delete your data, or if it's clear there's no fit and you're not in contact with us, we'll remove your application and photos from our records.

If we ever start using a proper database or other tools to handle applications, we'll update this page to tell you exactly what we use and how it's protected.

How to ask us to delete your data

Your data is yours. At any time you can ask us to:

  • show you what we hold about you,
  • correct something that's wrong, or
  • delete your application and photos entirely.

Just email us with your request — use the same name and email you applied with, so we can find your application — and we'll take care of it. There's no form to fill in and no cost. We'll act on deletion requests promptly.

Cookies and analytics

Our site is a simple, static website. We keep this minimal and honest: we use only what's essential for the site to load and work properly. We don't use cookies to track you across the web, and we don't run advertising trackers or sell any browsing data.

If we ever add basic, privacy-respecting analytics just to understand how many people visit, we'll update this section to say so plainly.

How to contact us about your data

If you have any questions about this policy, about what we hold, or you'd like us to correct or delete your information, please email us at Andrews Models Management. We're a small team and we read everything ourselves, so you'll be talking to a real person.

Because we're new, we'll keep this policy growing with us — honestly and in plain language. Thank you for trusting us with your application.
