01What we look for

Natural presence matters more than polish. Send simple digitals: plain wall, daylight, fitted basics, hair down, no makeup, no filters. We ask for two photos — a front headshot and a full-length; a side profile is a plus.

A member of our team reads every application personally. If there's potential, we invite you to a video call. Either way, you'll hear from us within 7 days.
