Andrews represents women from all over Ukraine. You don't need experience or professional photos — simple phone pictures in daylight are exactly right. The application takes about four minutes.

01What we look for

Natural presence matters more than polish. Send simple digitals: plain wall, daylight, fitted basics, hair down, no makeup, no filters. We ask for three photos — a front headshot, a full-length, and a side profile.

03What happens next

A member of our team reads every application personally. If there's potential, we invite you to a video call. Either way, you'll hear from us within 7 days.
