Application Terms

Representation at Andrews is always free for models. We earn a commission only from real, paid bookings we secure for you — never from you, and never before there is real work. There are no joining fees, no registration fees, no portfolio or photoshoot fees, no "membership," and no charge of any kind to be on our roster or to be considered. If we don't book you, you owe us nothing. This isn't a promotion or a trial offer — it is simply how we work, and it will not change after you apply.

We will never ask you for money, and we will never ask you for nude or intimate photos — not to apply, not to be considered, not to get work, not ever. No one at Andrews has any reason to. If anyone contacts you using our name and asks you to pay a fee, send money, buy a course, or share nude or intimate images, they are not us — they are a scammer trying to misuse our name. Do not pay them and do not send anything. Please report them to us right away at the contact on our site so we can warn others, and report them to the platform where they reached you. When in doubt, stop and check with us first.

Applications are open year-round, and everyone is welcome to apply. But applying is not a guarantee that we will offer you representation, and representation is not a guarantee of bookings or paid work. We review every application honestly and with care, and we'll reply within 7 days — yes or no either way. If it isn't a fit right now, that's about timing and the market, not your worth, and you're always welcome to apply again later. We'd rather be honest with you than over-promise.

Please apply with your own real, recent photos and truthful details — your real name, age, height, and measurements. Simple, natural photos are perfectly fine; you don't need a professional shoot, and you should never pay for one to apply. Honest information helps us assess fairly and match you with the right opportunities. If details turn out to be untrue, we may not be able to move forward with your application or any representation.

By applying, you confirm that the photos and any content you send are of you, that you took them or have permission to share them, and that you're allowed to send them to us. You're giving us permission to view and review them only for the purpose of assessing your application internally — we won't publish them or pass them around outside that review. Applying does not give us any rights to use your images commercially. If we offer you representation, the specifics — how we represent you, where, how images and content may be used, and how commission works — are set out and agreed in a separate written contract before any work begins. Nothing is decided by this application alone.

You can apply from age 16. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be aware of your application, agree to it, and be involved at every step — from the first message, through any meetings, to any contract, which a parent or guardian must review and sign with you. We will not meet with, sign, or work with anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian present and informed. If you're a parent or guardian, we welcome your questions and want you in the room — careful, scam-aware families are exactly the families we want to work with.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, as the agency grows or as the law changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated. Any change applies from the date it's posted; it won't quietly turn free representation into paid, because free representation is a fixed promise, not a term we trade away.
